Vous êtes au bon endroit Je suis Charles de Lacoste, consultant chez Fed Finance, et je recherche pour mon client basé à Paris, un Revenue Controller en CDI dans le cadre d'un remplacement. En le rejoignant, vous intégrerez une entreprise dynamique, en pleine expansion, dans un environnement de travail exigeant mais bienveillant. Sous la responsabilité du Responsable Comptable, vos missions seront les suivantes : - Gestion de la Paie - Répondre aux demandes des collaborateurs, avocats et Contract Partners, - Revoir et améliorer les politiques et procédures de paie, - Gérer la paie, l'auto-facturation des avocats et les paiements des Contract Partners en l'absence du spécialiste Paie. - Comptabilité de la Paie - Contrôler la comptabilisation et les écritures analytiques des charges de paie - Organiser les paiements -Opérations de clôture annuelle - Préparer les provisions sociales et justifier le bilan des comptes liés à la paie. - Autres activités comptables - Soutenir le Responsable Comptable dans les activités de contrôle afin d'assurer des bilans robustes, des comptes de résultat et des déclarations réglementaires pour le bureau de ParisVos compétences sont les suivantes : - Profil "Hybride" Comptabilité Générale et Paie - Bac +3 minimum - Expérience en cabinet d'avocats ou en cabinet comptable - Connaissance des logiciels ADP et 3E en comptabilité - Maîtrise avancée des outils Microsoft Word, Excel et PowerPoint - Bonne pratique de l'anglais, à l'écrit et à l'oralActeur international du secteur du juridique, mon client est basé à Paris
