Your goal with us

Your goal will be to manage your data projects from design to production and to support our clients in managing their products.

What will you do with us?

Frame or reframe your projects
  • Define project objectives
  • Share responsibilities between Reply and the client
  • Ensure that needs and tests are correctly defined
  • Ensure you have the right resources internally to carry out the project
  • Identify risks and prepare preventive measures
Manage your projects
  • Develop a schedule adapted to the size of each project and monitor its progress.
  • Monitor your team members' daily progress to propose improvements, raise their needs, allow their coordination, and propose solutions.
  • Communicate with the client and sponsors on the progress of the project
  • Identify risks that appear during the project and find solutions to reduce them.
  • Create and maintain up-to-date project documentation.
  • Ensure the recording of the resources necessary for each project and the invoicing of each project.
Participate in the commercial success of our solutions
  • Support our partner in generating new leads.
  • Negotiate contract extensions and anticipate future needs
  • Prepare presentation materials
  • Prepare each member of your team to meet the client
  • Coordinate the support to present Reply's proposal

What we need

Our prerequisites
  • You have a Master's degree from a European University or an Engineering or Business School with an IT component.
  • You can conduct a technical and non-technical interview in French to work with your non-English-speaking colleagues and clients.
  • You have the administrative authorisation to work in France.
We need you to know how to
  • Frame or reframe a project by bringing visibility and structure to your approach.
  • Manage a fixed-price or time and material data project, and have your say when the technical solution does not satisfy you.
  • Coordinate several projects by establishing priorities and avoiding scheduling conflicts as much as possible.
We would appreciate it if you can
  • Design and sell a Reply data offer that you may have helped create.
  • Develop a product in agile mode for our clients as a Data Product Owner
  • Conduct client interviews and know how to convince your interlocutor of your technical and managerial expertise.
