France is a key focus market with a large untapped potential in the solar rooftop market. There are strong market drivers which will create a solid and financeable business model for large-scale rooftop projects in the coming years. The French team has been successful to get a foot in the door in France and is now experiencing a rapid build-up of the team. Our French head office is located in Paris. The team is small, entrepreneurial and ambitious.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Lead multidisciplinary teams to successfully execute large-scale solar projects that exceed partner expectations, meet business goals, and uphold the highest quality standards.
• Take full ownership of the progress and success of rooftop solar projects and/or ground-mounted, floating, and storage projects from inception to completion.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for logistical real estate and landowners, ensuring strong and effective relationships.
• Lead projects from commercial proposals to financial close, ensuring smooth transitions through each phase.
• Manage lease and energy purchase agreement negotiations with a focus on creating win-win outcomes.
• Continuously monitor project progress, proactively steering the project team toward successful delivery.
• Maintain full project and financial oversight, ensuring budgets and timelines are met.
• Monitor industry developments and share insights and best practices with your team and the wider project organization to keep Sunrock at the forefront.

What You Bring To The Table:

• A Master's degree in economics, law, engineering, renewables, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of work experience.
• Proven track record in project and/or business development.
• Experience in real estate is a plus.
• Knowledge of renewable energy markets is an advantage.
• A positive mindset with the resilience and creativity to navigate setbacks.
• A results-driven, commercially eager, and financially sound personality.
• Fluency in French and proficiency in the English language.
