What you will do
Become our customers’ trusted technical advisor and develop a deep knowledge of their systems and needs. You’ll support the operation of infrastructure and database onsite and in cloud, delivering services that drive customer success and innovation.
- Improve the stability, availability, and performance of critical production databases
- Provide operational support and engage in escalations for essential business systems.
- Deliver assistance with software installation, configuration, health assessments, and performance reviews
- Analyze new and complex issues, performing thorough root cause investigations.
- Offer problem-solving expertise while considering customer constraints and risk management
- Deliver architecture advisory services, including reviews and conceptual support.
- Conduct research and promptly address technical inquiries, ensuring effective communication at various organizational levels
