Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Technical Guidewire Consultant to join our clients team in France. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience as a Guidewire Developer consultant, coupled with proficiency in a range of technologies and methodologies essential for successful project delivery. As a Technical Guidewire Consultant, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, testing, and integrating Guidewire solutions to meet the diverse needs of our clients.


Responsibilities:

  • Utilise your expertise in Guidewire development to architect, design, and implement robust solutions using languages such as Java, .NET, or Node.js. Ensure adherence to best practices and standards for efficient and scalable code development.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in technologies such as Kafka for event streaming, Kanban, SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), Scrum, and CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment) to streamline development processes and enhance project delivery.
  • Lead the integration efforts of Guidewire solutions with other systems and platforms, leveraging your knowledge of service-oriented architecture (SOA) and APIs to ensure seamless data exchange and interoperability.
  • Apply your experience as a tester in the Guidewire environment to develop comprehensive test plans, execute test cases, and identify and resolve defects to ensure the reliability and quality of implemented solutions.
  • Fluent French speaking skills are essential for effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members in France.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Guidewire Developer consultant, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
  • Proficiency in Java, .NET, or Node.js, with a focus on Guidewire development.
  • Familiarity with Kafka, Kanban, SAFe, Scrum, CI/CD, and integration technologies (SOA, API).
  • Experience in testing within the Guidewire environment, including test planning, execution, and defect resolution.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in French and English.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Certification in Guidewire and other relevant technologies is a plus.
