As an IBM Maximo Consultant, you will play a crucial role in implementing, configuring, and supporting IBM Maximo solutions for our clients. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their business needs and provide expert guidance on how Maximo can be leveraged to achieve their objectives.


Your technical expertise and strong analytical skills will be essential in ensuring successful project delivery and client satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and understand their asset management needs.
  • Design, configure, and customize IBM Maximo solutions to meet client specifications.
  • Perform system integrations, data migrations, and provide support during the implementation process.
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including technical specifications and user guides.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Maximo features, best practices, and industry trends.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an IBM Maximo Consultant or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of IBM Maximo Asset Management, including configuration, customization, and integration.
  • Experience with SQL, Java, and scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with database management systems, particularly DB2, Oracle, and SQL Server.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.


Preferred Skills:


  • Maximo certifications (e.g., IBM Certified Deployment Professional - Maximo Asset Management).
  • Experience in industries such as utilities, transportation, manufacturing, or oil and gas.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based Maximo implementations.
  • Project management experience and familiarity with methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
