Votre mission

En tant que Senior Machine Learning / AI Engineer, avec plus de 5 ans d'expérience, vous contribuerez à la résolution de problématiques complexes et au déploiement de solutions robustes pour nos clients.


Projets Client :

  • Développement et mise en production de pipelines ML et IA (RAG)
  • Déploiement et gestion de modèles dans des environnements cloud ou on-premise, avec un focus sur l'optimisation des performances (orchestration, monitoring, observabilité).
  • Amélioration continue du code, en veillant à la qualité des solutions livrées.
  • Référent technique pour les data scientists, en les accompagnant dans la montée en compétences et les bonnes pratiques techniques.

Exemples de projets :

  • Extraction de données structurées à grande échelle via pipelines RAG sur infrastructure GPU.
  • Génération de rapports financiers automatiques pour des banques, avec des modèles déployés on-premise.
  • Développement d'agents conversationnels pour l'analyse de données marketing sur des infrastructures cloud.

Formation et R&D :

  • Vous contribuez, en plus des projets clients aux projets de R&D pour enrichir nos produits et librairies internes, accélérateurs de nos projets.



Profil recherché :

  • 5+ ans d’expérience sur des projets de Machine Learning en production.
  • Maîtrise des pipelines ML, de la conception à la production.
  • Excellentes compétences en Python et bonnes pratiques de développement.
  • Connaissance des environnements cloud et on-premise.
  • Connaissance des enjeux liées aux déploiement de Large Language Models et l'écosystème LLMOps
  • Connaissance pratique des outils DevOps (Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD), et d'infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible, etc.)
  • Capacité à concevoir des architectures micro services
  • Expérience de déploiement sur le cloud (AWS, GCP, ou Azure)
  • Forte capacité à travailler en équipe et en autonomie.
  • Expérience dans l'accompagnement technique
