Votre rôle :
En collaboration avec l’équipe de développement de projets immobiliers, vous assurez le pilotage des études et de la construction du ou des projets résidentiels et tertiaires dont vous aurez la responsabilité technique, des délais et des budgets.
- Participation à l’élaboration des études préalables, aux études de faisabilité de la rentabilité des opérations, à la programmation et à la conception des projets ;
- Pilotage des études : architectes, bureaux d’études, société de pilotage
- Participation avec l’équipe marketing et commercialisation, à l’élaboration des supports de vente et de communication
- Coordination des entreprises intervenantes en phase exécution des travaux jusqu’à la livraison
- Participation et animation de réunions de suivi avec les administrations publiques, clients, etc.
- Pilotage technique, budgétaire et des délais
- Reporting d’avancement des projets auprès des différents départements : développement, finance, légal, etc.
Votre profil :
- Détenir un Master ou un diplôme d'Ingénieur, Architecte, Urbaniste ou équivalent
- Avoir 10 années d’expérience comme Project Manager dans le domaine de la construction ou la promotion immobilière (tertiaire et/ou résidentiel)
- Parler le français et votre anglais est fluide
- Adaptation, sensible aux respects des délais, savoir prendre des décisions et les faire adhérer vos interlocuteurs et autonomie.
