Within the Hager Energy Business Unit, you will contribute to its strategy and be responsible for defining the product offering (physical products, digital solutions, and services) to align with our customers' needs, ensuring profitable growth of your team's product ranges.

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Product Manager based in Saverne (Alsace) to lead the development and roadmap of our Vehicle-to-Everything (V2X) solutions, across both AC and DC charging technologies. This role is central to shaping the future of bidirectional charging within our portfolio and delivering innovation aligned with emerging energy ecosystems, customer needs, and evolving grid demands.

As Product Manager V2X, you will own the lifecycle of related products - from early-stage definition and concept development, to industrialization, launch, and market success. Your deep understanding of eMobility, EV charging infrastructure, and V2X use cases (V2H, V2G, V2B) will be critical in driving success.

What you will do?

- Own and drive the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for V2X (AC & DC) solutions
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with R&D, marketing, sales, operations, and external stakeholders (utilities, OEMs, CPOs)
- Define technical and functional product requirements based on standards, market trends, and customer needs
- Ensure compliance with relevant protocols and standards (ISO 15118, IEC 61851, OCPP, etc.)
- Guide product validation, certification, and go-to-market preparation
- Support key partnerships and pilot projects involving bidirectional charging, energy management, and smart grid integration

What about you?

- 10+ years of experience in product management, ideally in EV charging, power electronics, or eMobility
- Proven experience with AC and DC EV chargers, and a strong grasp of V2X concepts and applications
- Solid knowledge of industry protocols and standards: ISO 15118, IEC 61851, OCPP, IEC 63110, etc.
- Strategic thinker with entrepreneurial mindset, hands-on attitude, and strong ownership and autonomy
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience working with technical and commercial teams
- Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus
