Poste : enez contribuez à la réussite de la Water Division à l'international. Poste à rayonnement international présentant un vrai boost pour votre carrière.

C'est pour vous l'opportunité de travailler sur des projets d'envergure répondant à des besoins essentiels dans des pays émergents, en voie de développement ou plus matures. Ces projets sont très souvent stratégiques (de plusieurs centaines millions d'euros) et représentent des game changers pour les Business Units, la Water Division et pour Suez.

En tant que Senior Bid Manager, vous intégrez une équipe de talents International Bidding Department (ex Direction des Projets Eau), vous serez rattaché(e) au Directeur Business Excellence,:

Vous serez en charge du développement d'offres " Water Services " à l'international, dès la phase d'identification du besoin client jusqu'à la signature et à la mise en vigueur du contrat en accompagnement des Business Units. Ses principales tâches seront les suivantes :
- Travailler en binôme avec les Business Developers (phase amont de prospection, meeting client, auditions, négociations, mise au point du contrat,...)
-Préparer des offres clés en main sur la gamme complète de modèles contractuels (O&M, affermage, concessions, BOT...)
- Suivi des plannings et des coûts projets ainsi que des procédures de validation (COMOP etc.)
- Coordonner avec les référents métiers (Tech & Perf Officers) afin de faire évoluer le contenu de nos offres et leur compétitivité
- Participer aux études de marché, à l'élaboration de plans stratégiques en lien avec les équipes Marketing.
Profil : Issu(e) d'une formation supérieure (Ecole d'ingénieurs ou Master), vous justifiez d'une expérience d'au moins 10 ans dans les métiers de l'eau et de l'environnement à l'international.Vous présentez par ailleurs les qualités suivantes:
- Rigueur et organisation
- Capacité d'analyse et de synthèse, vision stratégique et capacité à formaliser
- Aisance relationnelle et sens commercial
- Capacité à travailler dans un environnement multiculturel
- Orientation résultat
- Adaptabilité et polyvalence (base financière, appétences pour les opérations portant sur des projets complexes)
- Anglais courant (écrit et oral)
