Victor, consultant chez Fed Business, spécialiste du recrutement des fonctions commerciales, marketing et communication, recrute pour son client, un acteur du Petfood, un brand Manager F/H.

Ce poste est à pourvoir dans le cadre d'un CDD de 6 mois.
Poste basé à Issy-les-Moulineaux.
Télétravail hebdomadaire.

Description du poste :

Vos missions :

● Comprendre la catégorie et la marque au niveau local.
● Définir et mettre en œuvre la stratégie locale de la Marque à long terme et à court terme.
● Analyser les sell in, sell out et les données consommateurs afin d'identifier les insights clés, les opportunités commerciales potentielles et les plans d'action.
● Assurer le suivi des KPÌs de la marque.
● Travailler sur l'examen annuel de la marque & le plan marketing annuel pour le pays : développement de nouveaux produits (innovation & rénovation), stratégie média & communication, stratégie de prix & activités de promotion auprès des consommateurs afin de stimuler les ventes et de faire croître la catégorie.
● Participer à des projets de stratégie d'innovation.
● Définir et gérer le budget approuvé de la marque avec une forte acuité.
● Mettre en œuvre et suivre la stratégie média annuelle en collaboration avec l'équipe globale et l'agence (TV, médias sociaux, influence...).
● Piloter les activations BTL locales ad hoc pour soutenir l'équité de la marque.
● Participer au plan de catégorie annuel.



Description du profil :

- École de commerce BAC+5 ou équivalent (ESC/Ecole d'ingénieur agro ou Master).
- +5 ans d'expérience dans un département marketing au sein d'une industrie de produits de grande consommation.
- Expérience en marketing à travers tous les leviers : développement de produits, plans d'activation média, activités de tarification et de points de vente.
- Capacité à analyser et interpréter les données de gestion de la performance et à formuler des recommandations pour optimiser l'efficacité des activités de marketing.
- Bonnes compétences organisationnelles. Expérience du travail et de la réalisation de projets multiples.
- Leadership & énergie pour mettre en œuvre de nouveaux projets.
- Français & anglais requis.
