Notre client, spécialisé dans le service à la personne, recherche un Manager FP&A dans le cadre d'un remplacement.
Directement rattaché au Directeur contrôle de Gestion et FP&A, vous intégrez une équipe composée de 11 personnes dont deux que vous managez. Vos missions sont les suivantes :* Produire les analyses clés du reporting mensuel à destination du Comex France et Groupe ainsi que des actionnaires, dont notamment :
- Chiffre d'affaires B2B en étroite collaboration avec la Direction de la performance commerciale,
- Marge opérationnelle et masse salariale,
- Analyse des frais de siège,
- Analyser le free cash-flow mensuel du périmètre France et produire un prévisionnel de trésorerie à destination de la Direction de la Trésorerie du Groupe,
- Management direct de deux collaborateurs,
- Améliorer constamment les processus de la direction financière pour réduire les délais de clôture, garantir la fiabilité de l'information financière et des KPIs, apporter davantage de visibilité au management sur les tendances de l'activité.
* Planification financière :
- Produire des modèles prévisionnels permettant de réviser les objectifs en fonction de l'évolution des tendances et de l'activité,
- Conjointement avec la direction de la performance opérationnelle, modéliser les flux de ventes B2B, des charges de personnel et des frais de siège dans le cadre de la construction du budget annuel de la société,
- Produire le business plan de la France à trois ans.
* Analyses stratégiques :
- Diverses analyses ad-hoc en lien avec l'activité et les évolutions réglementaires impactant le business modèle,
- Analyse des business plan des ouvertures greenfield et des intégrations M&A, suivi des ROI post création/ intégration,
- Agir en véritable business Partner pour l'ensemble des membres du Comex et des Managers.
Issu d'une formation de niveau Bac +5 type école de commerce, ingénieur ou université, vous justifiez idéalement d'une expérience réussie en cabinet d'audit et de conseil (3 ans minimum), dans un département de transaction services. Vous disposez d'excellentes capacités analytiques et de synthèse. Vous avez un très bon relationnel, une bonne rigueur et une bonne curiosité. Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le Pack Office. Le poste est évolutif et implique une bonne maîtrise de l'anglais du fait de l'exposition auprès des équipes Groupe.
