VISORE LAB is a creative company based in Paris, specializing in creating and producing image and film experiences for brands, artists, and media. Our team consists of talents from various creative disciplines who work together to produce strong and inclusive visual experiences.


Role Description

This is a contract role for an Assistant Creative Director based in Paris. The Assistant Creative Director will be responsible for creating + overseeing concepts, moodboards, storyboards, art direction, and graphic design for various projects. This is a hybrid role that involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to create innovative content.


Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Assist the Director in planning and organizing the production schedule, ensuring that timelines are met and resources are efficiently allocated.
  • Team Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact between the Director, cast, and crew, facilitating communication and ensuring that everyone is on the same page.
  • On-Set Leadership: Oversee the daily operations on set, including managing the shooting schedule, resolving any on-set issues, and ensuring that the production stays on time and within budget.
  • Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the Director to translate their vision into actionable tasks, providing creative input where necessary and helping to execute complex scenes.
  • Logistics and Scheduling: Manage the logistics of the production, including location scouting, coordinating with external vendors, and ensuring that all necessary permits and permissions are in place.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all safety protocols are followed on set, conducting safety briefings and managing risk assessments.


Qualifications

  • Creative Direction, Creative Strategy, and Branding skills
  • Art Direction and Graphic Design skills
  • Experience in developing and implementing creative strategies
  • Strong understanding of branding and visual communication
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field
