Poste : Le CabRH, cabinet de recrutement et d'approche directe, recrute pour son client, Groupe industriel, un Quality Control Leader H/F pour une embauche en CDI en Normandie (76).
Le poste :
Vous intervenez sur la gestion du déroulement des activités du laboratoire de contrôle et sur la gestion des données analytiques.
Vous effectuez les missions :
Suivre les tests selon le plan de contrôle et le réajuster en fonction des différentes évolutions
Participer activement à l'analyse des données afin de pouvoir assurer la libération des lots
Traiter les non conformités en mettant en place un plan d'action et en suivant le dossier jusqu'à la résolution du problème
Optimiser la périodicité des tests dans un souci de rentabilité
Intégrer les nouveaux produits dans le process qualité et adapter les process aux évolutions
Vous travaillez en relation constante avec l'ensemble des services et des filiales afin d'ajuster les process internes aux exigences (clients internes, externes, au marché, aux contraintes environnementales...).
Profil : Titulaire d'un diplôme niveau bac+4/+5 en management de la qualité, dans le domaine de la chimie... Vous avez un parcours orienté sur l'aspect contrôle qualité dans le domaine de la chime, de la cosmétique et/ou de l'agroalimentaire.
Vous avez une expérience confirmée dans un environnement industriel international ce qui vous permet d'avoir un bon niveau d'anglais.
