En tant que membre clé de notre équipe de gestion des risques et d'audit interne, vous aurez les responsabilités suivantes :Gestion des risques et contrôle interneChampion des risques : Diriger et dynamiser le cadre de gestion des risques de VusionGroup en identifiant, évaluant et agissant sur les risques et opportunités.Optimisation des processus : Promouvoir des initiatives d'amélioration des processus, en mettant en œuvre des pratiques harmonisées à travers le Groupe pour favoriser une culture unifiée des risques et du contrôle.Activités de contrôle de deuxième niveau : Développer et maintenir un plan de contrôle de deuxième niveau complet, en collaborant étroitement avec les fonctions commerciales responsables des contrôles de premier niveau.Tests pratiques : Réaliser des examens et des tests de contrôle interne sur les processus financiers et opérationnels pour garantir la conformité et l'efficacité.Communication efficace : Maintenir une communication claire et proactive avec les parties prenantes clés, y compris les auditeurs légaux, les unités commerciales et la direction générale.Influence sur les décideurs : Présenter des résultats de contrôle interne perspicaces à la haute direction et préparer des rapports complets pour le comité d'audit.Gestion proactive des incidents : Surveiller les incidents de contrôle et renforcer continuellement les contrôles en fonction des leçons apprises.Propriété des politiques : Maintenir les politiques de contrôle interne à jour, en veillant à ce qu'elles soient alignées sur les règles du Groupe et évoluent avec les besoins de l'entreprise.Atténuation des risques : Aligner les contrôles internes avec la gestion des risques opérationnels et mettre en œuvre des plans d'atténuation robustes lorsque nécessaire.Sensibilisation : Organiser des sessions de formation et de sensibilisation, en promouvant une culture de sensibilisation aux risques et des meilleures pratiques à travers l'organisation.Audit interneÉlaboration du plan d'audit : Contribuer à l'élaboration du plan d'audit du Groupe, en veillant à ce qu'il couvre les domaines critiques et soit aligné sur les objectifs stratégiques.Conduite des missions d'audit : Planifier et exécuter des missions d'audit à travers tous les périmètres de VusionGroup, en abordant divers sujets tels que la finance, les opérations et la conformité.Obtention de résultats : Présenter les résultats des audits et des recommandations exploitables à la direction générale, et surveiller la mise en œuvre de ces recommandations.Audits basés sur les données : Exploiter les données disponibles et développer des programmes d'audit pour optimiser le processus d'audit, conformément aux normes IIA/IFACI.Gestion de projet pour l'audit, le contrôle interne et la conformitéAdoption de la digitalisation : Être à la pointe de la digitalisation de l'audit et du contrôle en mettant en œuvre des outils GRC, des contrôles automatisés et en explorant des solutions alimentées par l'IA.Partenariat commercial : Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes opérationnelles pour intégrer les normes de contrôle interne dans les projets majeurs, en veillant à l'alignement et à une gestion efficace du changement.Innovation avec les données : Utiliser les données de divers systèmes pour mener des audits continus et améliorer l'efficacité et l'impact des activités d'audit et de contrôle.

Qualifications we’re looking for. Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience en audit légal, idéalement au sein d'un cabinet d'audit international.Compétences :Leadership de projet : Capacité avérée à gérer des projets de la conception à la réalisation.Expertise technique : Solide expérience en comptabilité et finance, avec une connaissance approfondie des normes IFRS et SOX (Section 404). La familiarité avec ITGC/ITAC est un plus.Compétences technologiques : Maîtrise de MS Office et connaissance pratique des ERP (par exemple, SAP).Communication bilingue : Excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite en français et en anglais.Volonté de voyager jusqu'à 15 % du temps dans les régions EMEA, US et APAC.
