Mission

L’équipe transverse Data & Analytics (D&A) optimise le pilotage de la performance de la compagnie en développant des solutions d’optimisation, d’analyse et de visualisation pour les décideurs et analystes métiers. Dans un contexte de forte croissance, l’équipe D&A recrute un Data Product Owner pour définir et prioriser les développements data pour l’ensemble des directions.


A ce titre, vos principales missions seront :

  • S’appuyer sur un réseau de correspondants data pour collecter les besoins de chaque direction.
  • Qualifier les besoins et prioriser les cas d’usage en cohérence avec le plan stratégique de la compagnie.
  • Conduire les ateliers avec les équipes métiers pour clarifier les besoins et rédiger les exigences fonctionnelles/stories.
  • Piloter le développement des projets Data. Suivre les demandes d’évolution sur les solutions en cours de construction ou déjà existantes (Build/Run).
  • Piloter l’équipe Analytics : estimer les charges, planifier et affecter les tâches (Azure DevOps), suivre les plannings, les coûts et la qualité des livrables.
  • Assurer la coordination des projets développés conjointement avec Transavia Pays-Bas.
  • Prendre part à l’élaboration de la roadmap data dans le cadre du programme de transformation de l’entreprise.
  • Appuyer le Responsable Data Analytics sur l’ensemble des missions d’amélioration des processus internes.


Profil

  • Formation Bac+5
  • Bonnes connaissances en gestion de projet (PMP, Agile Scrum/Product Owner). Être certifié est un plus.
  • Vous disposez d’une première expérience professionnelle dans un environnement analytique (analyse ou science des données, business intelligence) et/ou de gestion de projet.
  • Vous savez animer une équipe pluridisciplinaire et exercer un leadership fonctionnel.
  • Vous êtes à même d’échanger avec des interlocuteurs de tout niveau hiérarchique (« C level » inclus).
  • Vous savez faire preuve de pédagogie et d’assertivité lorsque la situation l’exige.
  • Vous disposez d’une excellente qualité rédactionnelle en français et en anglais.
  • Vous savez parfaitement vous exprimer en anglais (échanges réguliers avec Transavia Pays-Bas).
  • Vous disposez d’une forte appétence pour le domaine du transport aérien.
