Mission

Le Sales Specialist ServiceNow est responsable du développement et de la croissance du portefeuille de clients d'Inetum pour les solutions ServiceNow. Il/elle est un expert reconnu des produits et services ServiceNow et est capable de proposer des solutions innovantes et adaptées aux besoins des clients.

Missions principales:
  • Prospecter et identifier de nouveaux clients potentiels
  • Développer et entretenir des relations durables avec les clients
  • Comprendre les besoins des clients et proposer des solutions ServiceNow adaptées
  • Gérer le cycle de vente complet, de la qualification à la conclusion
  • Collaborer avec les équipes techniques et marketing pour assurer le succès des projets clients
  • Assurer la veille technologique sur les produits et services ServiceNow
  • Participer aux événements et conférences du secteur


Profil

Profil recherché:
  • Formation supérieure en informatique ou en commerce
  • Au moins 3 ans d'expérience dans la vente de solutions SaaS
  • Expertise avérée des produits et services ServiceNow
  • Excellentes capacités de communication et de négociation
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe
  • Esprit d'équipe, rigueur et motivation

Compétences complémentaires:
  • Connaissance du marché des logiciels ITSM
  • Expérience dans la gestion de projets
  • Maîtrise de l'anglais
