Expérience et expertise : L'équipe d'une 50aine de personne est composée de profils variés (Devs, QA, ML Eng, SRE, DevSecOps...)

L'Équipe Documents

Tu rejoindras l'équipe Documents, responsable du produit Lifen Documents (notre produit historique et rentable) permettant aux professionnels de santé de gérer et transférer leurs comptes-rendu médicaux.

L'équipe est composée de : 1 Engineering Manager, 1 Product Manager, 4 devs fullstack, 1 QA.

Tes missions

- Collaboreras au quotidien avec des équipiers (et au delà)

- Concevra des solutions élégantes, simples, évolutives et robuste (de l'architecture à la mise en production)

- Sera acteur de l'amélioration du produit

- Fera monter en compétences des développeurs plus juniors ou moins expérimentés sur certains domaines.

- Ton travail aura un impact direct sur des milliers de professionnels de santé et des millions de patients, rationalisant les processus critiques et améliorant la qualité des soins.

Frontend : React - ReactQuery

Backend : Ruby on Rails 7 - Sidekiq

Base de données : PostgreSQL

Le profil que nous recherchons

5+ ans d'expérience en développement web, avec de solides compétences en frontend (React est un plus) et en backend (Rails est un plus)

Une passion pour l'expérience utilisateur, un front léché qui s'appuie sur un backend robuste.

Une expérience avec des applications à grande échelle

Pragmatique et soucieux du détails

D'excellentes compétences en communication et la capacité à travailler dans un environnement collaboratif

Un intérêt pour le secteur de la santé et à son amélioration grâce à la technologie
