Location : Paris, France
Are you passionate about strategic sourcing, cost optimization, and enhancing operational efficiencies? Our Client are looking for an experienced Indirect Procurement Specialist to manage and streamline procurement processes across our diverse, globally recognized institution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead procurement strategies for both hard and soft services, including facility management, campus operations, and related services.
- Conduct supplier evaluations, negotiate favourable terms, and establish long-term partnerships that align with our cost-saving goals.
- Manage supplier performance through regular reviews, ensuring service level agreements are met.
- Integrate sustainability and ethical practices into supplier relationships, enhancing our ESG initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align procurement with broader organizational goals, supporting risk management and operational continuity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Business, or a related field; professional certification (CIPS or equivalent) is a plus.
- Years’ experience in indirect procurement with a focus on facilities and campus management.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and financial skills to drive impactful results.
- Excellent communication skills to thrive in a multicultural environment.
