Présentation de l’entreprise

The Gardener Gin a été créé par la Famille Perrin et Brad Pitt et lancé en 2023 lors du Festival de Cannes. The Gardener est 100% biologique, produit en France et aujourd’hui distribué à l’international dans plus d’une trentaine de pays.

Basé au siège social du groupe Famille Perrin et au sein d’une équipe à taille humaine, entrepreneurial, en lien direct avec les co-fondateurs, le/a Brand Manager est le garant de marque, le moteur de l’expansion et déploiement de celle-ci. 


Description du poste 

Brand management

  • Développement d’assets de marque (présentation et contenus pour les marchés, outils d’aides à la vente, POS)
  • Gestion stratégie digital et déploiement avec les équipes (réseaux sociaux, site internet, newsletter)
  • Développement produit (nouveaux formats) et packaging: brief agence et fournisseurs, suivi, BAT et déploiement opérationnel
  • Création de contenu photo et vidéo : gestion et mise en place shooting, brief agence et suivi
  • Gestion RP avec agences française et US
  • Missions ad-hoc


Trade - Activation - Commercial

  • Salon B2B et B2C : préparation et mise en place du stand – ex. Ginsiders, Wine Paris, …
  • Animation commerciale (ponctuelle) en retail
  • Concours de cocktail On–Trade : organisation, déploiement, suivi
  • Hospitalité – mise en place d’outil et éléments d’activations pour les équipes 
  • Relation avec partenaires commerciaux (internet et externe) : gestion des demandes diverses et suivi


Opérations

  • Planification des productions avec les équipes opérationnelles 
  • Gestion du développement et optimisation matières sèches avec équipe interne dédiée et fournisseur
  • Gestion et suivi des opérations avec la distillerie et l’embouteilleur partenaires
  • Suivi qualité et process avec les équipes internes dédiées


Profil recherché

  • Bac +5 / Master en management ou équivalent (école de commerce, IAE, …)
  • Intérêt pour le secteur des vins et spiritueux et expérience dans celui-ci
  • Avec une première expérience en gestion de projet et/ou intra/entrepreneuriat
  • Maîtrise de l’anglais obligatoire
  • Fort esprit entrepreneurial : autonomie, adaptabilité, rigueur, organisation – et créatif 
  • Excellentes qualités de communication, et une capacité à traiter avec différents types d’interlocuteurs (client, fournisseurs, partenaires, …)
  • Permis de conduire obligatoire
