The Role

We are looking to hire someone full-time. The position is based in our Cannes office and will start as early as mid-June. The role includes key administrative tasks, including the onboarding of new properties on our site and ensuring that our existing portfolio is up-to-date on our platform and across 3rd-party channels. You will play a pivotal role in driving portfolio growth and maintaining relationships with our partners and property owners.


Key Responsibilities

-      Create and maintain all property content related to a partner, including but not limited to: listing information, rates, calendars, photos, and descriptions.

-      Onboard properties to the system and ensure that all information is complete and accurate.

-      Update rates and availabilities of properties on-site and across all channels.

-      Compile and report feedback and prepare communication for partners.

-      Represent A.M.A Selections with partners and owners during the onboarding stage, acting as a point of contact for any potential issues or further queries.

-      Manage an ongoing relationship with our partners through regular calls, updates, and reports, as well as ensuring proactive communication with the goal of building a long-lasting partnership.

-      Respond to partner questions, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally, offering personalized solutions to enhance their listings and overall experience in collaborating with A.M.A Selections.

-      Maintain a thorough understanding of our villa portfolio, including property details, availability, and pricing, and assist our booking agents and concierge team with any property-related information, if necessary.

-      Maintain a high degree of data accuracy and onboarding management by leveraging our internal tools and systems.

-      Conduct property visits and inspections (traveling to destinations will be rare but may occur).

-      Prepare brochures, format pictures, and perform other office-related tasks.

-      Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.

-      Ability to thrive in a high-paced environment with pressure to meet tight deadlines while multitasking and maintaining a professional demeanor.

-      Good Microsoft Office skills and ability to quickly master new systems and tools.

-      Professional, dynamic, great team spirit, and service-oriented.

-      Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and partners via phone, email, and in person.

-      Native or fluent English (written and spoken) and an intermediate level of French is required.

-      Education Level: A bachelor’s degree is preferred.

-      Minimum of 1 year of experience in operations or customer service, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.

-      Affinity for luxury and travel.

-      Excited and interested in working for a young, growing company.


Compensation BRUT: 2600€ per month

Contract: 12 month CDD (will become CDI, based on results)
