About Us:
My client is seeking a Project Manager to lead the QC Stream for Analytical Equipment Qualification on a major project in Toulouse. We are looking for someone with strong QC expertise and a project management background to drive the project forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute the qualification of analytical equipment (mass spectrophotometers, electron microscopes, centrifuges, endotoxin analyzers, turbidity meters, etc.).
- Supervise teams of consultants working on the QC project and ensure they meet objectives.
- Ensure all contractual agreements between the company and client are respected and deliverables are on time, compliant with quality standards, and within scope.
- Coordinate and lead project committee meetings, maintaining detailed schedules, tracking milestones, and managing risks.
- Develop and implement project management tools to track progress and ensure quality.
- Support recruitment efforts, including interviewing and selecting candidates for the project.
- Train and integrate new recruits into the team.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of project management experience in the life sciences, consulting, or healthcare industry.
- Expertise in QC/Analytical Equipment Qualification with hands-on experience in drafting and executing IQ/OQ/PQ protocols.
- Proficiency in MS Project and other project management tools.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Financial management knowledge to manage project budgets and costs effectively.
- Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and ensure project goals are met on time.
- Professional English essential; French is a plus.
