Act-On Technology (AOT), filiale du Groupe Act-on, est un acteur en HumanTech.
Créée il y a 3 ans, AOT a pour objectif de porter l’Architecture Technique et l’Expertise au coeur de la transformation digitale. La philosophie « AsCode » d’AOT, c’est la conviction que la maîtrise du code et la puissance qu’il octroie sont essentiels pour répondre aux enjeux d’aujourd’hui.
Il compte aujourd’hui une trentaine de personnes et fonctionne en mode start-up.
Nos collaborateurs (des Développeurs, Architectes Techniques …) interviennent sur différents sujets :
• les développements spécifiques open source, agiles, à l’état de l’art, nouveaux langages et paradigmes associés.
• l’automatisation, DevOps, CI/CD, Cloud
• la gestion des Performances applicatives, de bout en bout
• l’accompagnement en Architecture et Expertise technique.
En tant que Technical Lead H/F chez Act-On Technology, vous intervenez sur des missions à forte valeur ajoutée et contribuez à la conception technique et au développement spécifique des solutions que le groupe Act-On met en place.
Vous intervenez sur des SI innovants mettant en œuvre des architectures modernes, résilientes, performantes à l'état de l'art de la communauté open source et des systèmes de nouvelles générations (Cloud & DevOps).
Vous travaillerez étroitement avec un Directeur Technique / Architecte Technique Senior.
Plus concrètement, votre rôle de Technical Lead H/F consistera à :
- choisir les frameworks pour construire et développer (stacks front & back).
- concevoir le socle technique et applicatif : développer des modules communs et fonctionnalités critiques, à forte complexité ou de performances (approche classique, approche événementielle, traitements batchs, interfaces et intégration aux SI).
- développer des applications « blanches » et des Proofs Of Concept (PoC).
- encadrer les développeurs d’un point de vue technique (aide au développement, revue de code, bonnes pratiques)
- gérer les livraisons / packaging / CI / CD / DevOps.
- participer aux campagnes de performances et optimisations diverses.
L’environnement technique sera le suivant :
• Java , Spring / Spring Boot / écosystème Spring.IO / Spring Batch / Spring Integration / Spring Security / NodeJS / Python
• Stack Front Javascript : Angular – ReactJS -VueJS - HTML5 / CSS3 / BootStrap. • Approche API First (REST) & microservices applicatifs – Swagger – PostMan
• Design Patterns et bonnes pratiques de développement.
• Bases de données SQL (PostGreSQL, MySql, Oracle) et NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra, ElasticSearch).
• Outils et DevOps / Agile / CI / CD / Docker
• Sensibilisation au Cloud : AWS / Azure / GCP / CloudFoundry et différents modèles (IaaS, PaaS, CaaS , FaaS).
• Performances : JMeter / Gatling / NeoLoad / APM Dynatrace / Glowroot / AppDynamic
Au sein d’une structure saine, bienveillante, dynamique et pilotée par des amoureux de la technique, vous évoluerez rapidement en fonction de vos aspirations et de nos offres technologiques (Architectures de Nouvelles Générations, Développements spécifiques, Interfaces RH, Performance, DevOps, Cloud).
Issu(e) d'une formation de bac+2 à Bac+ 5 et plus, vous avez une expérience de 5 ans minimum en développement orienté objet en Java (version 8 ou supérieure) et souhaitez rejoindre un groupe à taille humaine en pleine expansion.
Vous maîtrisez également plusieurs des technologies et frameworks suivants :
• Spring / Spring Boot / écosystème Spring.IO / Spring Batch / Spring Integration / Spring Security / Python / NodeJS
• Stack Front Javascript : Angular – ReactJS -VueJS - HTML5 / CSS3 / BootStrap. • Approche API First (REST) & microservices applicatifs – Swagger – PostMan

Passionné(e) de code, vous êtes polyvalent(e), débrouillard(e) et suivez les évolutions technologiques et méthodologiques du marché.
Ce poste est basé à Neuilly sur Seine (Métro Sablon, Ligne 1).
Il est ouvert à des personnes en situation de handicap.
