Those are key stakeholders for the AXA Group, as a major listed and rated company.   YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSABILITIES: Job Purpose: Convince investors and sell-side analysts that AXA is an attractive stock to invest in and manage rating agenciesEnsure fair understanding of shareholder’s expectations within the organization Daily missions: Communicate on AXA’s financial performance and strategy to convey an attractive Equity story while building a strong and trustful relationship with investors, Sell-side analysts and rating agencies Prepare conferences presentations, management scripts as well as Q&As of each investor event / meetingEnsure alignment between the Group’s strategy and shareholders’ interestTrack market trends and benchmark competitors to ensure AXA is well positionedKey dimensionsCa. 900 institutional investors, >350 investor meetings per year, 25 sell side analysts, 3 rating agencies.4 earnings reports, 1 investor event per year (roundtable)1 investor day (strategy and 3-year plan presentation) every 2-3 years10 investor conferences per year   Key Accountabilities: 1. Communication on quarterly financial reportsPrepare investor presentations and Press Release, working closely with Finance and Legal teamsPrepare Q&A and scripts for senior management2. Ad-hoc investor documents and events (Investor Day, AXA Roundtable)Prepare the supporting documents to explain investors the long-term strategy, making the link with financial trajectory: 6-month project, coordinating with close to 10 MC members and their teamsPreparation of events to provide investors deeper insights into elected businesses and entities 3. Participation and preparation of Investor roadshows and conferencesDefine investor targeting with sell-side banksPreparation of supporting documents, definition of key messages and preparation of Q&A for management to ensure the delivery of a consistent narrativeBuild relationship with investors to earn their trust and be top of mind 4. Management of sell-side and rating agencies analysts Be a partner of sell-side analysts to steer their estimates and control what they write in their notesReadily answer any query or questions to support them and make them engaged with our stock 5. Preparation of communication material related to M&A transactions and debt issuancesWork closely with M&A / Debt team to draft press release and present transactions, with a focus on anticipating the potential pushbacks that could ariseKeep track of investor sentiment from past disclosure or competitor transaction to gauge impact on investor sentiment 6. Competitor tracking and benchmarking to identify market trendsTracking daily performance, analyzing market trends, monitoring analyst reportsPrepare summary of competitors for management, comparing AXA performance and providing feedback to management about investor perception to steer strategic decision making YOUR PROFILEFinancial Acumen: Sound understanding of financial statements and key financial indicators.
