Description
STETHOS International, the company in the group that manages ad-hoc multi-country projects, is recruiting a Project Manager to join its team.
The International Project Manager is responsible for conducting international (multi-country) Ad-Hoc qualitative and quantitative research (Market assessment & potential, U&A, Tracker, Brand / Company Performance, Customer Experience, ADV/visual testing, care pathways, etc.) using various techniques including the most innovative ones (online communities, SML, etc.).
The International Project Manager reports directly either to the General Manager or to Account Managers of Stethos International.
He/she will be involved in the following tasks:
- Independently managing the projects
- Setting up qualitative and/or quantitative research fieldwork including briefing and managing external suppliers) for which he/she is responsible
- Drawing up research material questionnaires, moderation guides and screeners
- Ensuring quality of data collection across countries, possibly attending events with respondents or clients (focus groups, IDIs, etc.) and traveling in countries if needed.
- Analyzing results, drafting accurate reports and presenting findings with actionable recommendations to our clients - especially using demonstrated ability to use storytelling techniques to craft compelling and impactful reports.
- Independently managing relationships with our clients, interacting with different stakeholders and demonstrating ability to listen to their needs
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in economics/university/scientific studies.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Market Research, preferably within a healthcare marketing research institute and in an international environment (hang worked in leading international agencies will be a plus: AplusA, Cerner Enviza / Kantar, IQVIA, Ipsos, Research Partnership, etc.).
- Strong writing, analysis and synthesis abilities,
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel), ideally having experience with PowerBI.
- Demonstrated autonomy, curiosity, open-mindedness, responsiveness, coupled with a collaborative mindset and excellent interpersonal skills (team player), with ultimately a strong appetite for numbers.
- Native-level proficiency in English or equivalent is required, enthusiastic on working in an international multicultural environment.
