Responsibilities :

1. Tax filings and other tax related reporting in France;

2. Review and manage VAT book and other tax supporting ledgers as well as the invoice issued and received;

3. Review the commercial contracts from tax perspective;

4. Identify the risks or uncertain issues, suggest on the possible resolutions and timely communications with the local Finance teams and other teams;

5. Identify the local tax initiatives;

6. Study and research on the national and local tax policy developments and trends, sustain a good working relationship, and proactively participate to the state and local tax legislations from a business perspective;

7. Tax audit defense and deal with any tax summon & inquiry and audit coming from competent tax authority, including Value Added Tax, Corporate Income Tax and other applicable tax.

8. Coordinate among local Big 4, regional and HQ International tax team together to oversee and monitor the significant business and tax projects.

9. Establish a good and trust relationship with peers.



Requirements: (location: Paris)

1. University Degree related on Tax/Economics/Finance/Accounting/

2. 5 year above tax experiences in MNCs (the firm experience would be mostly preferred);

3. In-depth knowledge in the accounting, taxation and regulations of France; be proficient with French tax regulations

4. Strong French and strong English skills;

5. Strong communication and negotiation skills;

7. Good Presentation skills;

8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office;

9. Good interpersonal skills.
