FP&A et SI Manager, vous avez pour missions :Reporting financier Groupe : * Préparer et analyser le reporting mensuel de performance financière du Groupe pour le Comité Exécutif (P&L, EBITDA, Cash Flow, Capex vs Budget), * Coordonner les contrôleurs financiers des différentes lignes (Commercial, Industriel, R&D…) pour garantir la qualité et le respect des délais, * Contribuer à la communication financière externe (résultats annuels et semestriels).Planification financière Groupe : * Piloter la consolidation du budget, reforecast et plan moyen terme (P&L, cash slow, Capex, bilan), * Structurer et optimiser le processus budgétaire, * Mettre en place une approche P&L par entité légale pour les besoins fiscaux et de trésorerie.Systèmes d'information et controlling : * Etre responsable de la structure analytique financière du Groupe, * Sécuriser la clôture financière mensuelle en s'assurant de la cohérence des règles analytiques entre les ERP locaux et les outils de consolidation (SAP FC, Anaplan), * Corriger et optimise les règles de gestion et mappings analytiques pour assurer un P&L fiable et cohérent. * Garantir la réconciliation entre Anaplan et SAP FC, * Accompagner les équipes métier (commercial, marketing, supply chain….) dans leurs besoins analytiques financier.FP&A and SI Manager.
Titulaire d'un Bac +5 en finance ou contrôle de gestion minimum, vous justifiez d'une expérience d'au moins 10 ans dans les FMCGs et en management.Vous possédez une expertise approfondie sur SAP ainsi qu'en outils de planification et de consolidation.Vous maîtrisez la gestion de projets financiers et avez mené avec succès des implémentations et migrations d'outils EPM, assurant une optimisation des processus financiers et une meilleure prise de décision stratégique.Vous êtes avenant et avez un fort leadership. Vous êtes capable de travailler en transverse et être leader sur le calendrier financier et SI.Vous parlez anglais.
