In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with a diverse range of clients, working with customers in both private and public sector, providing expert guidance and support in implementing and optimising Atlassian solutions.


Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement Atlassian configurations, workflows, and integrations to meet clients' specific needs and enhance productivity.
  • Provide technical expertise and support throughout all stages of the project lifecycle, from initial consultation to post-implementation support.
  • Stay informed about the latest Atlassian features, updates, and best practices, and share knowledge with both clients and internal teams.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working with Atlassian products such as Jira, Confluence or Bitbucket.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
