Description du Poste :
Nous recherchons un(e) lead développeur(se) C# expérimenté(e) pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique en finance. En tant que lead développeur(se), vous dirigerez une équipe de développeurs, participerez au développement de solutions logicielles critiques et contribuerez à l'optimisation de nos systèmes financiers.
Responsabilités :
Leadership Technique : Diriger et encadrer une équipe de développeurs C# en veillant à la qualité du code, à l'efficacité et à la cohésion de l'équipe.
Développement Logiciel : Concevoir, développer et maintenir des applications logicielles en utilisant le langage C# dans le domaine financier.
Optimisation Système : Collaborer avec les équipes métier pour comprendre les besoins et optimiser les systèmes financiers existants.
Gestion de Projet : Planifier et superviser les projets de développement, en veillant au respect des délais et des normes de qualité.
Veille Technologique : Restez informé(e) des nouvelles technologies et des meilleures pratiques de développement pour garantir l'évolution constante des compétences de l'équipe.
Compétences Requises :
Expérience approfondie dans le développement avec le langage C#.
Solide compréhension des concepts financiers.
Expérience démontrée en leadership technique et en gestion d'équipe.
Connaissance approfondie des bases de données, des API et des architectures logicielles.
Excellentes compétences en communication et en résolution de problèmes.
Qualifications :
Diplôme en informatique, génie logiciel ou domaine connexe.
Plus de 8 années d'expérience professionnelle dans le développement C#.
Expérience préalable dans le secteur financier (un atout).
