AXA IM has built a very successful Dataplatform through multiple federated squad as a Data mesh paradigm. About 15 various Product oriented squads from different domains (Data Referential, Responsible Investment, Quant, Finance, Digital, Front office, Operations, Trading, etc) are leveraging the datasets produced and maintained by the Data domains and offer/build their own specialised Datasets. The platform becomes richer when each data domain is adding value. The platform will offer to their customers various channels of distribution (APIs, Delta Sharing, Files, ..) or a Data analytics and Data Science platform.
The Dataplatform is at the heart of all key strategic projects of AXA IM from our Responsible Investment program, our Equity Renaissance or our back-office transformation.
The platform has still a lot of key components to build and it is an existing time to join us either to build and stabilize the platform or to participate to our ambitious programs.
As a data engineer, you will join the Data Platform Support team responsible for Supporting, improving and running cloud-native data solutions. You will integrate the Production Support squad and participate to the usual squad activity around Supporting the production activity, improve our Monitoring and contribute to build tools to help the support team performing its BAU .
The purpose of the internship is to implement new tools to minitor APIs and data pipelines activity for all domains and squads that the support team is managing and help to tackle technical debt.
You will work within an experienced a squad strong of a Tech Lead & Data Engineers.

Proficient in producing high quality code
Some functional knowledge of the Asset Management industry
