Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in evaluating and enhancing internal functions, business strategies and IT processes, with a focus on implementing effective business solutions and driving organizational growth. Ideally you will have at least 15 years in Technology and at least 10 years of experience in ServiceNow and five years as a ServiceNow Architect.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and Improve Internal Functions: Assess current internal functions, business development strategies, and IT processes to identify areas for improvement and propose actionable solutions.
Develop Business Architecture Models: Create and implement business architecture models that align with the organization’s strategies and goals. Develop and execute business visions and objectives.
Assess Systems Engineering and Talent Models: Evaluate systems engineering, talent recruitment, and accounting models for discrepancies, vulnerabilities, and areas of improvement.
Cost Reduction Strategies: Propose innovative ideas to reduce IT and business leadership costs while enhancing operational efficiency.
Organize Training Programs: Design and conduct training programs to enhance employees’ knowledge and skills, supporting future organizational growth and development.
Conduct Talent Management Research: Research and implement strategies in talent management to optimize business operations and support organizational objectives.
Provide Architecture and Systems Guidance: Offer expert guidance on business architecture and systems processing to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Ensure Compliance and Security: Develop and enforce compliance architecture methods, including data storage, metadata management, and change control, to ensure security and support organizational goals.
Required Qualifications:
Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience as an Enterprise Architect or in a similar role with a strong track record in service management and architecture.
Technical and Analytical Skills: Excellent technical, analytical, and project management skills, with a proven ability to develop and implement effective solutions.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders and teams.
Leadership Abilities: Good leadership and motivational skills, capable of driving team performance and fostering a positive work environment.
Modelling and Graphic Representation Experience: Proficiency in modelling and graphic representations to visually convey complex architectural concepts.
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field is preferred
