Rejoignez Solutions SI Comptabilité et Fiscalité pour être au coeur des sujets de comptabilité avec des enjeux forts du plan stratégique Covéa.Intégrez l'équipe Alimentations Comptables et PIC , située à Levallois, qui assure la responsabilité applicative et fonctionnelle du patrimoine informatique du domaine comptabilité de Covea.Votre mission ?Au sein de cette équipe, votre rôle principal de Release Manager sera centré sur le périmètre de la PIC (Plateforme d'Intégration Comptable) qui repose sur une solution Axway. Cette offre de service est multi marques (Covea) et est le système qui alimente la comptabilité unifiée du groupe.Vous aurez en charge la coordination et le suivi des livraisons, à ce titre vous serez garant de l'implication des parties prenantes et du process de delivery tout en minimisant les interruptions de service.Vous aurez également des activités complémentaires de pilotage et de coordination.Et concrètement ?- Vous assurez la coordination des équipes (legacy, techniques et autres) contributrices à la livraison- Vous vous assurez de la cohérence des plannings- Vous vous assurez que les lots respectent la gestion des changements (PV de recette, CAB, ...)- Vous supervisez la gestion des ressources logicielles- Vous apportez le support au développement sur le processus de livraison- Vous tenez les parties prenantes informées de l'avancement du déploiement et des perturbations potentielles - Vous apportez votre expertise quant au choix et à la mise en oeuvre des solutions techniques.- Vous garantissez le suivi et l'efficacité des processus de livraison de votre périmètre- Vous intervenez en coordination pour la gestion des incidents.Encore une hésitation sur les atouts de ce poste ?3 bonnes raisons de nous rejoindre :- Raison 1 : L'équipeVous intégrez une équipe COVEA sympathique et dynamique regroupant les 3 enseignes sur un domaine récemment transformé par la mise en place du nouveau SI Finances. - Raison 2 : Nouvelles compétencesVous serez accompagné et formé sur les montées en compétences fonctionnelles et techniques- Raison 3 : Pérennité du périmètreCe périmètre applicatif est une composante essentielle du nouveau système d'information comptable COVEA localisé à Paris.Pour toutes ces raisons vous souhaitez tenter l'aventure, plus d'hésitation, rejoignez-nous
- Ce poste nécessite de connaitre la gestion des changements/Incidents- Une certaine appétence pour la technique- Vous possédez un bon relationnel ainsi qu'un bon esprit d'équipe.- Vous avez des compétences d'analyse et de synthèse.- Vous êtes un bon communiquant- Vous êtes consciencieux et méthodique- Des connaissances sur les modules AI Suite serait un plus.- Une première connaissance de la comptabilité serait un plus.
