Cette start-up a un double métier : à l'origine, c'est un fonds d'investissement spécialisé dans les cryptomonnaies, agissant sur le marché depuis 2015.
Mais ils créent également une plateforme de trading de cryptomonnaies destinée aux particuliers, concurrente des grands du marché que vous connaissez sûrement.
Ils sont aujourd'hui environ 150, répartis sur 4 bureaux dans le monde (dont les USA et Paris), et certains en full remote.
Je recherche pour une start-up un IT Support Engineer qui sera responsable des bureaux parisiens et londoniens.
Les missions :
- Fournir un support technique de niveau 1 et niveau 2 aux collaborateurs côté métier et côté tech
- Diagnostiquer et résoudre les problèmes techniques liés au matériel, aux logiciels et à l'infrastructure réseau
- Gérer l'équipement informatique de bureau, y compris l'approvisionnement, la gestion des stocks et la maintenance.
- Installer, configurer et maintenir les systèmes informatiques, les appareils mobiles et les applications logicielles

La personne que nous cherchons :
- Solides connaissances en matériel informatique, systèmes d'exploitation et applications logicielles
- 2 ans d'expérience sur un poste similaire
- Excellente communication en anglais
- Familiarité avec les concepts et technologies de gestion des identités et des accès (IAM)
Rémunération : jusqu’à 50k (selon expérience),
