Description du poste :Fed Office, cabinet de recrutement spécialisé en assistanat de direction et office management, recrute pour son client dans le luxe et basé dans Paris un assistant / office manager H/F à temps partiel en CDD 'avec possibilité de CDI)
pour ce client prestigieux et haut de gamme, nous recherchons une personne investie et impliquée. vous venez en soutien à la secrétaire générale et vous assurez la bonne tenue du bureau.

TRAITEMENT DU COURRIER
ASSISTANCE - DIRECTION ET PRESIDENT
GARANT DES COMMANDES ET DU REASSORT
SERVICES GENERAUX
MAINTENANCE SIEGE
GESTION DE LA FLOTTE AUTOMOBILE

Description du profil :
pour ce poste, nous recherchons une personne de formation Bac + 2 avec au moins 3 ans d'expérience.
vous aimez votre métier et vous avez un grand sens du service.
vous recherchez du temps partiel.
le poste sera basé sur 25 ou 30h et il n'y a pas de télétravail.
