Vos Missions - Etre le nouveau Business Process Expert (point de contact privilégié) en ce qui concerne le fonctionnement de l’application capacitaire de nos partenaires appelée Scope of Work for Partner, et serez en charge des demandes d’évolution (DEFINE) et des tests. - Supporter les équipes internes (Geo) et les partenaires à travers les communautés (mise à jour des matériaux de formation, tutoriels, FAQ) et répondre au fil de l'eau aux questions postées. - Documenter les nouveautés délivrées sur l’outil (en interne et en externe) à travers les communautés - Participer à l’élaboration du programme d’onboarding sur les outils mis à disposition des partenaires - Participer à l’élaboration des dashboards de suivi des données issues de Scope of Work for Partners - Collaborer aux divers projects des équipes Customer Process Experience afin d'optimiser les outils mis en place pour les partenaires.
Vos qualifications - Vous avez un Bac+5 en Grande Ecole d'ingénieur ou Ecole de Commerce - Etre à l'aise avec un environnement multiculturel et international - Vos capacités de communication en français et en anglais, vous permettent de travailler avec un écosystème riche et varié, sur un scope mondial - Vous avez un goût prononcé pour les outils digitaux et les nouvelles technologies - Vous aimez solutionner des problèmes complexes tout en sachant travailler dans un contexte business exigeant. Vos futurs défis - Fournir le cadre et les bonnes pratiques permettant d’être efficace et autonome dans la gestion de vos projets; - Être force de proposition dans l’operation et l’harmonisation des pratiques, des outils et des processus ; - Digitaliser les processus et méthodes pour en faciliter l’exécution; - Accompagner et Opérer le déploiement des méthodes auprès des partenaires ou en interne; - Adopter une démarche d’amélioration continue des processus.
