Project Procurement Manager H/F

Poste : Nous recherchons un Project Procurement Manager (H/F) CDI
Qui sera en délégation chez notre client, groupe industriel international, dans le cadre d’un projet industriel ambitieux représentant un investissement de plus de 500 millions d’euros.
Rattaché à l’équipe de direction du projet, vous assurerez la coordination, le partage d’informations, le pilotage des ajustements nécessaires en interface avec l’ingénierie, la cellule planning et le service achats. Véritable cheville ouvrière et facilitateur pour assurer la maîtrise des engagements, vous occuperez un poste très opérationnel à la fois varié, challengeant, en contact avec de nombreux interlocuteurs pluridisciplinaires.
Principales missions :
- Identifier, communiquer et piloter l'ensemble des fonctions achats en lien avec les autres fonctions support sur le projet, en cohérence avec le planning du projet,
- S'assurer du respect des termes des contrats clients/fournisseurs dans les offres et contrats négociés avec les fournisseurs (prix, délais…),
- Identifier les risques et opportunités achats/fournisseurs et prendre les mesures correctives nécessaires,
- S’assurer de la bonne prise en compte et du respect des priorités par l’ingénierie,
- Assurer le suivi des livrables procurement (procurement plan, procurement statements) pendant l'exécution du projet.
- Créer et assurer des états de reporting sur les progrès des activités d’ingénierie, des travaux et des approvisionnements (courbes en S, évolution des retards et des goulots d’étranglement, …),
- Suivre et reporter au projet des activités de sous-traitance jusqu'à la réception usine.
Profil : - Vous êtes titulaire d’un diplôme d’études supérieures (bac+5), Ingénieur ou équivalent, avec une spécialisation en contrôle de gestion ou fonction achats,
- Vous disposez d’une expérience de 5 à 7 ans minimum dont au moins 3 ans en gestion de projets industriels au sein d’entreprises EPC/EPCM ou des propriétaires de projets,
- Vous maîtrisez les principaux processus et phases d’ingénierie, d’approvisionnement et de construction,
- Vous connaissez les contrats d’EPC/EPCM et de sous-traitance,
- Vous aimez travailler en équipe, vous faites preuve de curiosité et de leadership,
- Autonome, rigoureux, orienté résultats, vous disposez également d’une bonne capacité d’analyse et de synthèse et de vue globale.
- Vous êtes à l’aise avec les outils informatiques et connaissez bien SAP.
- Vous maîtrisez un Anglais professionnel aussi bien à l’écrit qu’à l’oral.
