Group Security Operations Group Security Operations' key objectives are to Identify, Protect, Detect, Respond and Recover. To achieve these objectives, Global Security Operations will build, deploy and run core global security services. Role purpose and Accountabilities The Head of Identity & Access Management will report to the Group Head of Security Operations and lead multiple global security services. The Identity & Access Management team is responsible for Privileged Access Management, Certificate Management, Directory Management, Mazars Global Identity and all process linked to IAM (Birthright, JML, Modern Authentication). Role purpose and Responsibilities - Build the services and think how the services/products should be architecture - Lead the territory services onboarding - Manage escalations, incidents, exceptions, request and support - Build and follows the services roadmaps - Define SLA with stakeholders - Provide reporting - Manage the squad members - Working with a 3rd party partner, ensuring they are managed effectively.Key Skills - At least 8+ year experience in a similar role with a team management - Experience with Azure Active Directory, Okta and other SaaS identity providers - Experience with privilege access management tools (Azure bastion, Cyberark, etc) - Experience with PKI, Active Directory management (attributes, gpo, etc) - Experience of Agile approach - Experience of effective budget management. - Excellent communication skills - Proven ability to organise and manage technical teams.
