You will lead and inspire creative teams to develop innovative creative solutions, from broad concept development to production and implementation providing clear and constructive direction throughout the process. You will report to the Creative Director.
As a senior creative lead in healthcare communication agencies or advertising firms, you'll be entrusted with a range of key responsibilities:
You'll be tasked with managing client expectations and nurturing strong client relationships built on mutual trust. This entails working closely with clients to understand their needs and objectives.
You'll dive hands-on into the creative process, ideating, crafting, and executing original and iconic concepts that resonate with client briefs and goals. Your passion for creativity will drive you to push boundaries and deliver exceptional work.
Your role will involve developing creative ideas that not only meet clients' objectives but also align with our business goals, maintaining the agency's reputation for creative excellence and professionalism.
You'll have a relentless pursuit of craftsmanship, ensuring that every detail is meticulously executed to perfection.
Juggling multiple projects will be second nature to you as you manage them from concept through to completion, collaborating with both in-house resources and third-party vendors to deliver outstanding results on time and within budget.
Your ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Account Management, Strategic Planning, Medical Copywriters, and the broader creative team, will be essential in developing world-class creative work that surpasses expectations.
Above all, you'll be driven by a passion to elevate creative standards in the healthcare sector, constantly seeking innovative approaches to inspire and engage audiences while delivering tangible results for our clients. With over a decade of experience as a senior creative lead in healthcare communication agencies or advertising firms, you've amassed valuable expertise. You excel in 360-degree design, spanning print, social, and digital realms, along with proficient presentation skills. Your proven ability to establish and maintain strong relationships, both internally and with clients, is a cornerstone of your professional journey. You adeptly interact with colleagues across hierarchies and disciplines, fostering effective collaboration. Embracing a team-oriented approach, you thrive in environments that prioritize collective effort. Moreover, with a passion for expressing creativity in the healthcare sector, your fluency in both French and English enables seamless communication, enhancing your ability to cater to diverse clientele.
