Mon client, une plateforme B2B de réengagement d'application, recherche urgemment un Head of Data Science pour superviser l'équipe Data Science.
Missions :
- Observer les KPI de performance des fonctionnalités de machine learning
- Piloter et mettre en œuvre les initiatives de R&D planifiées dans la stratégie de l'entreprise
- Communiquer en interne et en externe au nom de l'équipe, former les équipes en contact avec les clients sur les fonctionnalités d'automatisation des performances du produit et assister à des réunions avec des clients clés pour partager des connaissances techniques
- Développer une expertise sur le métier du marketing de jeux mobiles et contribuer a la définition de la feuille de route de l'entreprise en collaboration avec la direction de l'entreprise
- Superviser la conception des modèles en évitant les problèmes statistiques
- S'assurer que la partie data est faite de manière optimale et que tous les modèles tournent sans échecs
Profil recherché :
- Formation en maths/probabilités/statistiques obligatoires
- +8 ans d'expérience post-diplôme
- Expérience côté adtech
- Expérience sur de la mise en production de systèmes de ML
- Expérience sur le traitement d'importants volumes de données
- Maîtrise de la technique de RTB (Real Time Bidding)
- Maîtrise de python, pandas
- Connaissances en data engineering
- Anglais et français courants obligatoire
