Poste : Le Store Planning and Construction Project Manager reporte à la Directrice Commerciale Europe.
Vous assurez le suivi d'exécution en cohérence avec la vision créative et dans le respect des briefs opérationnels et commerciaux. À ce titre vos missions :
* Vous collectez les informations de démarrage auprès des entreprises et partenaires locaux, nécessaires au développement de la conception des boutiques, conformément aux exigences commerciales de la maison,
* Vous pilotez chaque projet avec la plus grande rigueur dans le respect du budget, du planning et des contraintes réglementaires et gérant la relation avec les marques partenaires sur le projet : Grands magasins/malls/propriétaires/co-board,
* Vous organisez les appels d'offres des entrepreneurs généraux et menuiseries, évaluez les documents d'appel d'offres et les offres et coordonnez l'attribution des travaux,
* Vous collaborez avec le Service Juridique pour finaliser les contrats,
* Vous supervisez la stratégie globale de maintenance et le suivi, en assurant le contrôle des coûts et de la qualité.

Profil : Vous êtes diplômé en architecture ou architecture intérieure et vous avez 7 ans d'expérience minimum dans le secteur du luxe/haut de gamme en management de projet à un poste similaire.
Votre sens du détail et de l'esthétique sera de véritables atouts. Très organisé, méthodique et soucieux du détail, vous faites preuve d'un excellent relationnel.
Bilingue anglais, vous avez une bonne pratique d'Autocad et du Pack Office.
Déplacements à prévoir en Europe.
