Business 1 : packaging and design of innovative beauty concepts.

Business 2 : creation and development of turnkey beauty products for color


SUMMARY

As a Supply Chain Demand lead, you are in charge to manage and guaranty the best service to a pool of clients.

Your scope of work starts at the new product development phase and run till the “end of life” of the product.

You are the first point of contact of Sales, Product Managers and Clients logistic teams. As such, you act as the best adviser and business partner to reach operation and service excellence.

Thanks to your 360° understanding of the business and the whole supply chain (upstream and dowstream) you will also coordinate the other supply chain dpts (DC and Suppliers part)


AS A SUPPLY CHAIN LEAD YOU WILL :

  • Ensure the best service to your pool of Clients, from order to delivery,
  • Be a key internal business partner, advising the other departments in term of flow optimization and supply chain cost,
  • Coordinate the other supply chain dpts (DC and Suppy planning)
  • Monitor the stocks you are in charge,
  • Support your colleagues when there are exceptional situations that compromise customer product delivery deadlines,
  • Report Supply Chain results to the Management and Clients (OTIF, CO2 and cost optimization, stocks),
  • Ensure the build of the monthly turnover forecast and monthly closing,
  • Manage transport invoices reconciliation, to pilote the cost impact at item level.
  • Propose CSR logistics solution in order to reduce the carbon footprint,
  • Propose improvements in processes and digitalization, leading transversal project,
  • Independently coordinate transport requests including handling of the necessary documents.


WHAT THEY NEED

As a Supply Chain Demand lead, they are looking for someone who has international work experience, works in a structured way and is goal oriented.

In addition, you have:

  • A completed Master degree (at least level 4) in Supply Chain.
  • At least 2-4 years of experience in supply chain, where you have gained experience with all forms of client and flow management and associated procedures.
  • Know-how of general ERP, strong Excel knowledge, BI, digital oriented, etc…
  • Fluent in French and English; Dutch or chinese is a plus.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A multitasking background and the ability to work on several projects at once.
  • A stress-resistant and pro-active personality and an entrepreneurial and innovative mindset.
