Fonctions et responsabilités :
Afin d'accompagner nos clients dans leurs ambitions de transformation en particulier sur le domaine de la Supply Chain, vous piloterez les projets de la roadmap IT , en assurant les livrables et en respectant les aspects contractuels tout en garantissant les coûts, les délais et la qualité nécessaire pour répondre aux enjeux métier.
- Fort d'une culture delivery, vous gérerez en autonomie le suivi, la bonne conduite et la réussite du projet dans le respect des bonnes pratiques, dans un contexte international.
- Curieux et passionné des solutions IT, vous êtes à l'aise pour dialoguer à la fois avec des équipes d'experts technique comme des équipes utilisatrices ou métier.
- Leader et coach, vous avez la posture nécessaire pour évoluer dans un environnement complétement Agile où votre expérience permettra de faire grandir vos équipiers.
- Garant du budget, du planning, des risques et de la qualité du projet, vous serez en charge de valider l'ensemble des jalons nécessaires pour la bonne conduite du projet tout en assurant la meilleure communication à l'ensemble des parties prenantes du projet.
- Familier des phases de tests, vous aurez la charge de piloter les contributions et la synchronisation des acteurs pour assurer la meilleure couverture possible, tout en incluant une approche end-to-end de la solution.
- Acteur de la méthodologie DevSecOps, vous serez également en charge de suivre les indicateurs de Lead Time, Deployment Frequency, Change Success Rate and MTTR de vos projets.

Vous maitrisez :
- L'anglais et avez déjà connu une expérience de projet à l'international.

Vous avez/ vous êtes :
- Vous avez exercé des responsabilités de maîtrise d'oeuvre en pilotage d'équipe sur des projets de grande envergure.
- Excellent sens relationnel, bonne communication, rigueur, esprit d'analyse et de synthèse et esprit d'équipe sont les atouts pour réussir dans cette fonction.
