RESPONSABILITES - RESPONSIBILITIES

Nous recherchons, pour notre équipe SAV Europe, un technicien d’intervention capable d’accompagner la croissance du nombre de nos clients en France / Allemagne et en Europe. Vous devrez voyager essentiellement en France / Allemagne, puis dans les pays européens et occasionnellement à l’international. Ceci dans le but d’installer les équipements, de rencontrer et former nos clients ainsi que de fournir l’assistance pour le dépannage et la maintenance des appareils.

Ce poste vous confère un rôle clef en travaillant sur site et en relation direct avec nos clients finaux. Vous interviendrez en étant le support technique dans toutes les étapes, dont l’installation et la mise en service des équipements, mais surtout en établissant une relation client privilégiée en étant l’interface technique. Nous recherchons une personne autonome, capable de penser efficacement, qui communique de façon claire et précise et qui aime voir un projet s’accomplir pleinement.


We are seeking a Field Installation Technicians to support the continued expansion of our customer base in German/ France and Europe. Traveling will be required across essentially France and German, European countries and occasionally international travel to customer sites, meetings or to train customers, install equipment and provide hands-on troubleshooting. This position assumes an exciting key role by being the front line assisting our customers at every stage including start-up and commissioning of equipment, performing planned maintenance, monitoring performance, diagnosing system problems remotely, as well as responding to emergencies. We’re looking for independent people who think clearly, communicate effectively, and love seeing a project to completion.



MISSIONS - MISSIONS

1. Installer et maintenir le bon fonctionnement sur site des équipements de monitoring des transformateurs de puissance ; former les clients au niveau de maintenance requis.

2. Assurer les besoins quotidiens en matière de service, de maintenance et de satisfaction client.

3. Évaluer les performances des produits / équipements en fonction des données terrain ; recommander des modifications ou des améliorations.

4. Apporter un support technique aux clients ainsi qu’aux partenaires.

5. S’assurer du respect de la conformité avec les politiques environnementales, de santé et de sécurité de l’entreprise.

Résumé : le candidat devra être capable de démontrer une solide méthodologie de service et de dépannage et maintenir un niveau élevé de connaissances techniques du produit.


1. Installs, services and maintains HV transformer monitoring equipment in the field; provides customer training as required.

2. Responsible for meeting daily service repair needs and driving customer satisfaction.

3. Assesses product/equipment performance based on field support data; recommends modifications or improvements.

4. Seeks to provide technical support to customers and other service professionals as required.

5. Ensures compliance with Company health, safety and environmental policies.

Summary: This individual must be able to demonstrate strong electronic repair troubleshooting methodology and maintain high technical level of product knowledge.



QUALITES & COMPETENCES REQUISES - Essential Requirements :

  • Formation/Diplôme en génie électrique, électronique ou mécanique ou 2 ans d’expérience dans un domaine équivalent.
  • Solide aisance relationnelle et capacité à interagir en confiance avec les interlocuteurs pour assurer la formation des clients sur les équipements et les produits.
  • Sens du service, orientation client.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite
  • Bonnes compétences informatiques, y compris Microsoft Outlook / Excel / Word
  • Capacité d’adaptation aux contraintes clients et chantiers : autonomie, flexibilité, déplacements.
  • Capacité de déplacement chez les clients jusqu'à 70% du temps.
  • Un passeport et un permis de conduire en cours de validité sont essentiels.


Electrical, Electronic or Mechanical Engineering qualification or experience equivalent to minimum 2 years’ experience in an engineering environment.

Must have strong customer service skills and have the ability to interact confidently with customers and be able to provide training on equipment and products.

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Good computer skills including Microsoft Outlook / Excel / Word

able to travel to customer locations up to 70% of the time , therefore a current passport and driver’s license are essential.


EXPERIENCEs - Desired criteria :

  • Une expérience antérieure dans le domaine de l’électricité Haute Tension, sur des équipements électriques ou mécaniques est souhaitable
  • Une expérience préalable d’intervention sur site, pour l’installation et la maintenance d’équipement de monitoring pour transformateur est appréciée
  • De bonnes compétences en gestion de projet et une capacité à travailler efficacement en autonomie sont essentielles.


Previous experience within the electrical utility industry with HV electrical and mechanical systems. Prior field engineering experience with installation and maintenance programs for transformer monitoring equipment is preferred. Good project management skills and able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
