Nous sommes à la recherche d'un ingénieur de plateforme serveur senior hautement qualifié pour diriger et mener à bien un projet de ré-intégration de l'infrastructure du bureau. Le candidat idéal aura une expertise exceptionnelle en Active Directory (AD), Domain Name System (DNS), et une grande expérience dans la gestion et l'exécution de projets de re-IP de l'infrastructure. Ce rôle est essentiel pour assurer une transition en douceur et une perturbation minimale pendant le processus de ré-intégration.

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Server Platform Engineer to lead and complete an office re-IP project. The ideal candidate will have exceptional expertise in Active Directory (AD), Domain Name System (DNS), and extensive experience in managing and executing infrastructure re-IP projects. This role is critical for ensuring a seamless transition and minimal disruption during the re-IP process.

Responsibilities

1. Gestion du projet de réintégration du bureau :

- Diriger la planification, la coordination et l'exécution du projet de réintégration des bureaux.

- Élaborer un plan de projet détaillé, comprenant des calendriers, des ressources et des stratégies de gestion des risques.

- Assurer la coordination avec les différentes équipes informatiques pour veiller à ce que tous les aspects de la réintégration soient couverts.

- Communiquer l'état d'avancement du projet, les problèmes et les risques aux parties prenantes et à la direction.

2. Gestion de l'Active Directory :

- Concevoir, mettre en œuvre et gérer les structures et les politiques AD.

- Superviser les services du domaine AD, y compris la création, la gestion et le dépannage des stratégies de groupe.

- Effectuer des contrôles de santé, des audits et des optimisations de l'AD.

- Gérer et résoudre rapidement les problèmes et les incidents liés à l'AD.

3. Administration DNS :

- Configurer, gérer et dépanner les serveurs et services DNS.

- Assurer la haute disponibilité et la sécurité de l'infrastructure DNS.

- Contrôler les performances du DNS et effectuer des audits réguliers.

- Mettre en œuvre les changements DNS et maintenir les enregistrements DNS.

4. Ingénierie des plates-formes de serveurs :

- Concevoir, déployer et gérer des environnements de serveurs Windows et Linux.

- Garantir la sécurité et les performances des serveurs ainsi que le respect des politiques de l'entreprise.

- Automatiser les tâches de routine à l'aide de scripts et d'outils de gestion.

- Effectuer la planification de la capacité et le réglage des performances.

5. Collaboration et assistance :

- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes informatiques, y compris les équipes chargées du réseau, de la sécurité et des applications.

- Fournir une assistance de niveau 3 pour les problèmes complexes liés aux serveurs.

- Encadrer les ingénieurs débutants et partager les meilleures pratiques.

- Participer à des rotations d'astreinte et fournir une assistance en dehors des heures de travail, le cas échéant.

  1. Office Re-IP Project Management:

- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of the office re-IP project.

- Develop a detailed project plan, including timelines, resources, and risk management strategies.

- Coordinate with various IT teams to ensure all aspects of the re-IP are covered.

- Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders and management.
  1. Active Directory Management:

- Design, implement, and manage AD structures and policies.

- Oversee AD domain services, including group policy creation, management, and troubleshooting.

- Perform AD health checks, audits, and optimizations.

- Manage and resolve AD-related issues and incidents promptly.
  1. DNS Administration:

- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot DNS servers and services.

- Ensure high availability and security of DNS infrastructure.

- Monitor DNS performance and conduct regular audits.

- Implement DNS changes and maintain DNS records.
  1. Server Platform Engineering:

- Design, deploy, and manage Windows and Linux server environments.

- Ensure server security, performance, and compliance with company policies.

- Automate routine tasks using scripts and management tools.

- Conduct capacity planning and performance tuning.
  1. Collaboration and Support:

- Work closely with IT teams, including network, security, and application teams.

- Provide tier 3 support for complex server-related issues.

- Mentor junior engineers and share best practices.

- Participate in on-call rotations and provide after-hours support as needed.

Qualifications

Expérience et compétences :

- Minimum de 7 ans d'expérience dans l'ingénierie des plates-formes de serveurs.

- Expérience confirmée dans la conduite de projets de réorganisation de l'infrastructure.

- Connaissance approfondie d'Active Directory, y compris des environnements multi-domaines et multi-forêts.

- Solide expérience de la gestion et du dépannage DNS.

- Maîtrise des systèmes d'exploitation Windows Server et Linux.

- Compétences en matière de scripts (PowerShell, Bash, etc.) pour l'automatisation.

- Connaissance des technologies de virtualisation (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.).

- Excellentes compétences en matière de résolution de problèmes et souci du détail.

- Solides compétences en matière de communication et de relations interpersonnelles.

Qualifications souhaitées :

- Baccalauréat en informatique, en technologie de l'information ou dans un domaine connexe.

- Certifications pertinentes (par exemple, Microsoft Certified : Azure Administrator, CompTIA Network+, etc.)

- Expérience des plateformes en nuage (Azure, AWS, GCP).

- Connaissance des pratiques et méthodologies ITIL.

Experience & Skills:

- Minimum of 7 years of experience in server platform engineering.

- Proven track record of leading infrastructure re-IP projects.

- Extensive knowledge of Active Directory, including multi-domain and multi-forest environments.

- Strong experience with DNS management and troubleshooting.

- Proficiency in Windows Server and Linux operating systems.

- Scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, etc.) for automation.

- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.).

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, CompTIA Network+, etc.).

- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).

- Knowledge of ITIL practices and methodologies.
