Principal événement européen sur les questions de cybersécurité et de confiance numérique, le Forum InCyber Europe rassemble 700 exposants et 20 000 visiteurs (décideurs issus des sphères publiques et privées, représentants étatiques, experts en sécurité, industriels du secteur ou clients finaux issus des grandes entreprises du CAC 40, écoles et universités). Sa mission : contribuer à la construction d’une société numérique de confiance.


Avec la même ambition, la dernière édition du Forum InCyber Amérique du Nord s’est tenue à Montréal en octobre 2023 et a rassemblé 130 exposants et 3700 participants. Une première édition du Forum InCyber est également en cours de conception aux Etats-Unis (Texas - 17 et 18 juin 2025). D’autres éditions internationales pourraient voir le jour dans les prochaines années.


Missions :

L’équipe chargée de l’organisation du “Forum InCyber”, composée d’une vingtaine de personnes, recherche son futur Events Manager dont le rôle consiste à planifier, coordonner et assurer la logistique des différentes éditions de l'événement.


Pour cela, vous managez une équipe de deux chefs de projet événementiel et avez la responsabilité des missions suivantes:


  • Organiser le travail des équipes internes et externes (prestataires) en adéquation avec le cahier des charges (Identifier et répartir les tâches, élaborer le rétro-planning etc)
  • Concevoir les outils de suivi et contrôler l’état d’avancement des différentes phases du projet pour garantir le respect des délais
  • Élaborer et piloter le budget en veillant à son optimisation et suivre les dépenses réalisées
  • Encadrer et diriger les prestataires et le personnel sur le terrain (régisseurs, techniciens, personnels d’accueil, de sécurité…)
  • Sélectionner les fournisseurs et négocier les devis
  • Élaborer le cahier des charges logistique (ex: stands, espaces communs, salles de conférences…), briefer les prestataires et suivre la mise en œuvre (lien avec les Palais des expositions et coordination des services exposants)
  • Gérer les plans du salon en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe commerciale (agencement et ajustements des stands/espaces, placement des exposants…)
  • Assurer le retour sur expérience de chaque évènement (suivi des factures, débriefing avec les prestataires, réflexion sur l’amélioration des process…)


Profil

Vous justifiez d’une expérience significative d’au moins 7 ans sur des missions similaires, ainsi que d’une vraie connaissance du monde du salon et de son fonctionnement.

Compétences requises :

  • Anglais indispensable pour pouvoir piloter une équipe et des prestataires anglophones
  • Pack office et de Google suite : une maîtrise parfait d'Excel et de son équivalent Google Sheets est indispensable
  • Illustrator et pack Adobe
  • La maîtrise d’Autocad est un plus.
