Ce qu’on vous propose - Développer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies marketing complètes pour stimuler efficacement la croissance et la notoriété de la marque. - Diriger une équipe diversifiée, en favorisant une culture d'innovation et d'excellence opérationnelle. - Agir en tant que chef de projet, en gérant des projets clients variés en toute confiance. - Rassembler et analyser les données pour prendre les bonnes décisions. - Assurer l'alignement et l'intégration des stratégies marketing entre les différentes équipes. - Superviser l'équipe marketing dans toutes ses missions. - Diriger par l'exemple, en faisant preuve de passion et d'engagement envers la vision et les objectifs de l'entreprise. - Le HOM sera responsable de la mise en place et du pilotage des campagnes de lead gen sur tous les canaux (cela inclut le marketing automation (inbound/outbound), Google AdWords, le SEO et les réseaux sociaux). - Dans le cadre des missions de communication, le HOM devra gérer des business cases, réaliser des interviews clients, mettre en place des co-marketings, gérer des campagnes marketing basées sur des clients existants.
