Main missions : - To manage building interfaces before and during equipment installation - To follow Equipment Suppliers during the installation & ramp up of equipment - To have a knowledge of most impacting parameters on the process (or put in place Design of Experiment to define them) - To put in place and follow Indicators (technical losses, Overall Equipment Efficiency,) on Chemical equipment, and ensure it is at Target - To propose improvements to reach specifications or to be more stable (better yield) - In case of deviation, to participate on Problem Solving - To identify any risk in terms of cost, quality, in case of new product to be manufactured and anticipate these risks on the equipment itself and adapt process accordingly. - To agree with Engineering team from central, process parameters to be applied on equipment, in case of new products to be deployed on Mass Production - To follow equipment updated designs in case of new products request such kinds of modification and to put in place these modifications - To approve work instructions From a technical point of view : - To have experiences in lamination / calendering/notching processes and slitting processes and on parameters which impact the quality - To have experiences in thin layers and or extrusion - To have knowledge on Spare parts Missions principales : - Gérer les interfaces bâtiment avant et pendant l'installation des équipements - Suivre les fournisseurs d'équipements durant l'installation et la montée en cadence - Connaître les paramètres les plus impactants sur le procédé (ou mettre en place des plans d'expériences pour les identifier) - Mettre en place et suivre les indicateurs (pertes techniques, efficacité globale des équipements) sur les équipements chimiques, et s'assurer qu'ils atteignent les objectifs - Proposer des améliorations pour atteindre les spécifications ou stabiliser le procédé (meilleur rendement) - En cas d'écart, participer à la résolution de problèmes - Identifier les risques potentiels en termes de coût, qualité, etc., lors de la fabrication de nouveaux produits, anticiper ces risques sur les équipements et adapter le procédé en conséquence - Valider avec l'équipe ingénierie centrale les paramètres de procédé à appliquer sur les équipements pour les nouveaux produits en production série - Suivre les évolutions de conception des équipements en cas de demande de modification liée à de nouveaux produits, et mettre en oeuvre ces modifications - Approuver les instructions de travail Du point de vue technique : - Expérience dans les procédés de laminage / calandrage / découpe et refente, ainsi que sur les paramètres influençant la qualité - Expérience dans les couches fines et/ou l'extrusion - Connaissance des pièces de rechangeSkills requirements : Knowledge / Know How : - Technical knowledge related to physical / mechanical processes, already working in mass production , as an Industrial position (knowledge on how equipment design, on Overall Equipment Efficiency) Experience : - > 7 years of experience process engineering into winding/unwiding processes at 100m/min (Lithium Battery most preferred). If not, experience in paper industry at an industrial scale Qualifications : - Bachelor of Sciences in physics or mechanical processes - English is mantador Key behaviours : - Well organized - Strong initiative spirit - Adaptability to change and good anticipation skills - Agile Some extra skills which make the difference : - Previous experience in lauching a factory Compétences requises : Connaissances / Savoir-faire : - Connaissances techniques liées aux procédés physiques et mécaniques - Expérience en production de masse dans un poste industriel - Connaissance de la conception des équipements et de l'efficacité globale des équipements (OEE) Expérience : - Plus de 7 ans d'expérience en ingénierie des procédés, notamment dans les processus d'enroulement/déroulement à 100 m/min - Une expérience dans le domaine des batteries lithium est fortement souhaitée - À défaut, une expérience dans l'industrie papetière à l'échelle industrielle est acceptée Qualifications : - Licence en sciences (physique ou procédés mécaniques) - Anglais obligatoire Comportements clés : - Bonne organisation - Esprit d'initiative développé - Capacité d'adaptation au changement et bonne anticipation - Agilité et flexibilité Compétences supplémentaires appréciées : - Expérience préalable dans le lancement d'une usine Quelques-uns de nos atouts : Un site de production à 30 min de Lille, connecté à Paris, Londres et Bruxelles par le TGV et 3 autoroutes, doté de technologies de pointe sur lesquelles nous formons nos collaborateurs, dans un environnement international et entouré d'espace verts.
