As part of the development of our digital transformation unit, we create an Innovation Program to anticipate our clients' project management issues and develop solutions that meet them.

Wishing to create an R&D team, we are looking for profiles capable of:


Main Responsibilities :


• Challenge existing project management solutions and methods that have sometimes become inadequate or unsuitable for our clients’ requirements,


• Design the architecture and develop digital platforms integrating generative artificial intelligence,


• Develop and maintain front end & back end,


• Develop application programming interfaces (APIs),


• Create and manage databases,


• Work closely with business, IT teams internally to define, design, develop, test and deploy innovative solutions based on generative AI.


• Be accountable of the quality and performance of the solutions delivered, respecting the standards and good practices in terms of good practices,


• Analyze data and evaluate the performance and value (impact, customer satisfaction, ...) of digital platforms,


• Participate in the maintenance and evolution of deployed AI solutions,


Profile :


You hold a PhD or are about to defend your doctoral thesis:

• You are looking for your first CDI after obtaining your PhD,

• Proficient in Python, Java, Javascript programming language,

• You master one of the angular, reacts or jquery frameworks,

• You are autonomous, open-minded, with good analytical and synthesis skills,

• You are interested in innovation and research applied to engineering professions,

• You want to evolve in an agile environment and on cutting-edge technologies,

• Team player with communication and collaboration skills

• You have rigor in the production of technical documentation,

• Fluency in English (written and oral) is essential to evolve in an international context.
