Startup early-stage dans le domaine de la cybersécurité.
Produit révolutionnaire reposant sur l’Intelligence artificielle et les Large Laguage Models, totalement innovant et répondant à une grande problématique dans le domaine de la cybersécurité pour les entreprises.
En quelques semaines en 2023, ils ont décroché leur premier client et de nombreux grands comptes internationaux dans la foulée ont été signés.
Première levée de fonds : 5M€ (dont super Business Angels de la Tech)
L’équipe est aujourd’hui composée d’une quinzaine de personnes dont 2 Fondateurs, Software Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, Sales et Product Manager.

La mission
Pour venir compléter l’équipe Product avec aujourd’hui un Founding PM, l’équipe est à la recherche de son premier Product Designer pour concevoir un produit exceptionnel.
En les rejoignant, ton rôle sera de :
- 100% hands-on pour concevoir et designer les fondations du produit sur la partie UX & UI (quasi from scratch)
- Collaborer étroitement avec l’équipe fondatrice pour apporter cohérence et clarté à une vision produit en constante évolution
- Développer et affiner des prototypes, en les adaptant et en les faisant évoluer en fonction des retours clients
- Proposer des designs qui équilibrent l’esthétique et la praticité en vue de l’application BtoB
- Discuter avec les clients pour toujours affiner et améliorer la partie Design
Le profil recherché
Tu as minimum 2 ans d’expérience dans la conception de produits, en particulier dans les produits technologiques en phase de démarrage ou en évolution.
Tu as l’habitude de travailler avec les outils de conception comme Figma, Sketch ou Adobe XD.
Tu aspires et tu as évolué dans un contexte mettant en avant les meilleures pratiques UX & UI, notamment dans un contexte B2B ou SaaS.
Tu as une aisance pour être à l’écoute des utilisateurs et à extraire des exigences de conception claires à partir d’informations vagues ou incomplètes.
Tu es à l’aise pour échanger et écrire en Anglais (this is a must have ).

Rémunération selon profil et expérience : 50-65K€ + Equity
