La direction de la Conformité recherche, dans le cadre d'un remplacement de congé maternité, un(e) Compliance Officer pour un CDD de 8 mois.
La Direction de la Conformité de la Banque NOBC est constituée de deux équipes, la première est dédiée à la lutte contre le blanchiment et la seconde aux autres thématiques de conformité. Le (la) candidat(e) retenu(e) pour ce poste fera partie de cette deuxième équipe, composée au total de 5 Compliance Officers. Il/elle aura pour principales missions, en collaboration avec les autres Compliance Officers, de :
- Coordonner, piloter ou contribuer aux projets et chantiers règlementaires de la Banque et du Groupe ABN AMRO
- Suivre les nouvelles dispositions règlementaires relatives à l’activité de la Banque et réaliser des analyses d’impacts
- Donner des conseils réglementaires et de conformité aux équipes de la Banque, de manière pro-active ou réactive, sur l’ensemble des risques de conformité
- Rédiger les procédures, les politiques, les processus, les modes opératoires de conformité
- Participer à l’élaboration des formations Conformité, organiser leur déploiement ou les dispenser en présentiel au personnel et; plus généralement, contribuer à la bonne appropriation des règles de conformité par les équipes de la Banque
- Identifier et évaluer les risques de conformité associés aux activités de la Banque et aux nouvelles activités / nouveaux produits afin de proposer des mesures d’encadrement appropriées et d’établir un plan de contrôle adéquat
- Réaliser des contrôles, identifier les éventuelles anomalies, défaillances ou infractions aux procédures et proposer des plans de remédiation
- Contribuer à l’efficacité des dispositifs de surveillance des abus de marché
- Contribuer à la bonne gestion des incidents et défaillances identifiées, en conformité avec la politique d’escalade
- Contribuer aux reportings internes et règlementaires
- Etablir des relations de travail efficaces avec les autres équipes conformité du Groupe en France et à l’étranger, pour assurer une cohérence des approches en matière de conformité et une bonne coordination sur les projets et participer à la définition des standards Groupe.
Titulaire d'un BAC+5 (idéalement en droit), vous disposez déjà d'une expérience similaire (Protection des clients, abus de marché, déontologie ...) d'au moins 3 ans au sein d'un établissement bancaire/financier. A l'aise en anglais tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit, vous savez communiquer de manière claire et synthétique à tous les niveaux de l'organisation en suscitant l'adhésion. Vous aimez travailler en équipe, savez vous adapter au changement et mener plusieurs projets de front.
Autonome, rigoureux(se), pédagogue et pragmatique, vous savez allier sens client et respect de la réglementation dans un contexte international.
